Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pagesoft provides SaaS ERP solutions delivered electronically. This page explains how digital delivery, account activation, and onboarding are handled for customers in India.

1. Overview & Scope

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all subscriptions and services offered by Pagesoft Private Limited under the “Pages” and “Pagesoft” brands. It covers how software is provisioned, how access is delivered, and how related documentation is shared.

Pagesoft serves business customers in India. For terms governing billing, renewals, and non-payment timelines, please see the Terms of Service.

2. Mode of Delivery (Digital)

  • Electronic delivery only: The Services are delivered online via web/mobile applications; there is no shipment of physical goods or media.
  • Access credentials: Admin/user credentials and setup links are provided through secure in-app flows and/or email to authorized contacts.
  • Documentation: User guides and implementation notes are provided digitally.

3. Account Activation & Provisioning

  • Prerequisites: Activation occurs after payment confirmation and completion of any required business verification (where applicable).
  • Timelines: Activation timelines are communicated in the Order Form or onboarding email. If not specified, activation follows internal provisioning workflows post-payment confirmation.
  • Notifications: We notify the designated admin by email and/or in-product message when the account is ready.

4. Implementation & Onboarding

  • Scope via SOW: Any implementation, migration, or training services are delivered under a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Scheduling: Timelines depend on Customer readiness (data, approvals, environment access) and Pagesoft resource availability.
  • Delivery: Sessions, configuration, and deliverables are provided digitally (remote-first), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. No Physical Shipping

Pagesoft’s Services are digital and do not involve physical shipping. No courier, freight, or in-person delivery is undertaken unless a separate hardware or on-site engagement is expressly agreed in writing.

6. Service Coverage & Regions

  • Customers: We currently serve customers located in India.
  • Hosting regions: The Services are primarily hosted on DigitalOcean (BLR1 and SGP1) with certain functions on AWS, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

7. Delivery Communications & Documents

  • Delivery confirmation: Account activation/changes are confirmed by email to the admin contact listed on the Order Form.
  • Commercial documents: Invoices and receipts are sent electronically to registered billing contacts.
  • Changes & updates: Any material changes impacting provisioning are communicated by email and/or in-product notifications.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on our website and, where appropriate, by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
